Dak Bulgogi


  • 450g Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine
  • 1 clove minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp grated fresh Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil


1. Prep the chicken

Cut the chicken into small pieces, about an inch wide. Place in a small bowl.

2. Marinate

Mix all the other ingredients together, then pour the sauce over the chicken.

Leave for a minimum of 30 minutes.

3. Cook

Preheat a large skillet on medium-high heat, then add some oil.

Remove the chicken pieces with a slotted spoon and add to the pan.

Cook each side until golden brown. Around 2 minutes per side.
